I am a huge fan of Car Tender! They are always professional and courteous and most importantly, my car has never run better! I appreciate how efficient they are during car drop off and pick up and they don't try to up-sell me on misc unnecessary repairs. Communication is spot-on and timely. They are honest and it is clear they value their client relationships and take pride in what they do on every level.

Everybody at Car Tender is so helpful. They are open for answering additional questions and finding the best solution for my problem.

I've been taking my mini to Car Tender since it was no longer on warranty and always enjoy working with the team - particularly Patrick and John. I used to take my Mercedes there previously and have always been happy with the care taken of my vehicles and myself personally. I have recommended Car Tender to friends many times over the years.

This review is extremely belated, but this place was AWESOME! My '98 Jeep Cherokee overheated around Nov 2014. They diagnosed the problem within a few minutes: it needed a new water pump. They didn't overcharge me, and they fixed it same day. Not only were they friendly and professional, they even sent me a Christmas card thanking me for my patronage. Their service is quick and they go the extra mile of washing your vehicle, vacuuming the inside, and driving it out to you. It reminds me of a time when there was car SERVICE, not just "there I fixed it." If you ever need car repair in the downtown Seattle area, I highly recommend them!

I've been taking my car to the great guys at Car Tender since about 1997. My mechanic of 19 years passed away, and I didn't know where to turn until one day I saw a beautiful 2002 parked in a lot. I wrote the owner a note, asking where she took her car for service, and left it on her windshield. It was the beginning of two wonderful relationships :) one with the owner of the BMW, and the other with Car Tender. I'm doubtful there is any place else in Seattle as knowledgable and competent as Car Tender, especially for rarer cars like my 2002. It amazes me to see the scope of their skills, spanning old cars like mine to jazzy new digital wonders. If this review sounds biased, it's because it is. I cannot say enough about them. There is huge peace of mind knowing they are there for me, and deliver top-notch professional services for reasonable prices. I'm very grateful and recommend them highly. It's really great to have an opportunity to leave a positive review for Car Tender. PS. If you ever have to wait for your car, they have a well-stocked candy dish :)

Through my BMW Club activities I know a lot of people who trust their BMWs to Car Tender. In the car club community Car Tender have as good a reputation as any BMW indie repair shop in the Puget Sound Region. 5 Stars Indeed!
