Love the thorough explanations and lack of pressure... Quality, timely work!

Listened carefully to what I was saying was going on with the car, gave good explanations during and after service, communicated often enough but not too often.

I got multiple recommendations from other BMW club members to take my cars to CarTender, and I have been very satisfied with their work. Service is completed when promised and it's done right.

I believe that I receive excellent service. I have an older car and I feel that great care is given to the car every time I come in.

The company is good. They repaired my car on time and even washed it two times in one week. I had to make a second trip because there was a problem with my inside lock. A couple of months ago a client got in my car with a cup of coffee and spilled it. The lock worked fine until last week. They did not charge for the repair.

These guys were awesome! I brought my 535i in on friday when it was not scheduled and it was done by the morning of Monday. Not only that, they put the windshield wipers on for me! These guys are awesome if you need your BMW worked on, and they had a bunch of cool old M6's around!
