I recently took my vehicle to this place to have a couple of issues fixed. It went in for rear brakes, exhaust leak, tail light, and a new battery. For starters, it came out of the shop with a couple of brand new problems. It now will not accelerate properly, and the accelerator itself has gotten "stuck" and didn't free itself until I turned off the car. I brought it back and they basically told me they can check some stuff but it was going to cost more. After inflating the original estimate for the 4 tasks more than $1000. I will go elsewhere from now on.

Excellent!

The service was excellent. They took the time to track down the problem with my car and fix it. Also took the time to explaine what the problem was in turms that a none car person would understand.

Car Tender technicians did a great job and had it done on time. As a matter of fact their charge was lower than what BMW would have charged.

I just wanted to say how awesome Car Tender is! I stopped in without an appointment on my way to Canada for business. John literally put his sandwich down (during lunch time), pulled the 1M into the shop to remove the rear wheel to patch a nail that had gotten into my tire. He fixed the tire, reset my TPMS, and I was done in no time. If you have a BMW in need of some love, this is the place to go. Thanks again for everything, you guys rock!

Although Eric is somewhat new to us and our cars, this still remains our faithful and trusted mechanical repair shop. Eric's considerate handling of the newly-discovered problems with my 13-year old Bimmer was greatly appreciated. Car Tender remains top drawer. Say hello to Patrick, John, and the rest of the crew...along with my thanks for a job well done!

I've been bringing my cars here since 2005. I enjoy doing my own routine maintenance, but if the job requires a lift, is more complex than a fan belt, or I'm just sick of scraping my knuckles, Car Tender is the only choice. Ever had a mechanic tell you he doesn't hear the noise you know is there?Other shops guess at problems, fixing one thing after another and hoping for the best. These guys diagnose correctly the first time. You may pay for an additional half hour of troubleshooting, but it's worth it not to pay to fix things that aren't broken. Certainly one of the dwindling number of shops that can be trusted to expertly repair 20th century European cars.

The folks who work at Car Tender have always been kind, patient, and straightforward with me. I've been taking my car to them for years and they've helped me find the repair and maintenance options that make the most sense for my timeline and budget. They know me and my family by name and welcome us warmly and courteously. I recommend them to everyone!
