I was in absolute shock at the level of disrespect I received from this shop. I feel so ripped off. The man I worked with would talk on and on, in a really demeaning way. The cost I was quoted for my bleed hose was abnormally high, but I had no other options at the time. Now the car is at a new shop and I got quotes which were all 1/3 of their price. I had asked many times if my car was drive-able about 4 miles to get it to another shop and again his answers were not clear and I felt taken advantage of. Rude/poor treatment as a paying customer. In the end, I paid the invoice, showed up to get my car, and got laughed at by him and two other male workers for coming back in and asking a question about safety, as he told me it sounded like I should go back to my old shop. Poor service. A chauvinistic vibe/just trying to get more money by reporting with new issues after one thing is fixed.

In addition to addressing the issue I was having with my car effectively and swiftly, Paolo - who took care of me and my car - was communicative in providing me with status updates, estimates, and counsel. The mechanics and Paolo were thorough in getting to know my car, without the aggressive upselling that you find with service shops at the dealer. I drove home happily after picking up my car yesterday, both because my car was running smoothly and because I knew I had a mechanic I could trust.

John and the rest of his team are class acts. Very knowledeable, friendly, and charismatic bunch of folks. They were recommended by a good friend of mine who takes his Mercedes there for repair. Although picky of where i take my car, I needed some place that wasn't going to break my bank, that was honest and trust worthy. Car Tender really fits the bill. What could have cost me over a thousand at the Audi dealership to replace my oil sender, gasket and screws that came loose which caused oil to drain out of the entire car - saved me hundreds going there. If you have a European car and want a no BS, no pressure, super laid back, honest to God, type shop - go there! They don't have that sales shark, fear mongering demeanor that most shops do where they threaten that if you don't get something done, your car will break down. It really has that feel of your best friend working on your car who won't sell you something you don't need. While purchasing a car from out of state they performed an incredibly thorough pre purchase inspection and kept me aware during each step of the process with text messages and photos.
