I brought my car out there to the new place and it was fabulous service even though it was a distance to get there they made me feel welcome and they made me feel good about driving out there. I would definitely go back again.

The guys at Car Tender did a great job. They dialed in a track suspension on my E46. I will be testing it soon on the track!

Customer service at its best. Rob, the service advisor, listens, understands, and explains everything in detail. They do their best to cater to and please their customers and it shows. Took my car in to get my check engine light looked at and ended up having the entire car thoroughly evaluated and given a full report card on the health of the car and details on potential service needs without any pushy sales tactics. It’s my first visit there but certainly won’t be the last.

Great customer service and kept me in the loop the whole time. They even washed my car after the service. The guys are great and easy to work with. I will be trusting them with future business when I need it.

So happy to have found a great service shop for my Mini. Everyone was knowledgeable and friendly including Pepper the dog. Reasonable price as well.

Yesterday, I leased a new E350 at Mercedes Benz Seattle with the help of Said Ibraguimov. He provided outstanding service throughout the entire process. He is very efficient. After my initial conversation about my wish to locate a car with certain features, he quickly located one and we set up an appointment to meet. When we showed up at the dealership, he already had s car out front for me to test drive. Said is very knowledgeable about the car and its electronic features, for which the numbers are substantial. He takes the time and effort to explain and take us through the leasing process with enthusiasm and a smile. He is a hard worker dedicated to his work. He spent a great part of yesterday with us to complete the lease process without taking a break for lunch. I feel very lucky to have him help us through the process. Having had my beloved former E350 rear-ended a few days ago with a total loss, Saids outstanding work helps me to quickly transition away from sorrow to move forward. For that, I am grateful. I recommend him with great enthusiasm to anyone who is looking to buy or lease a car at Mercedes-Benz Seattle.

Thorough, minus the aggressive upsell you get from the dealer, and friendly friendly friendly. It’s a great feeling to be able to come away from a visit to the mechanic feeling good!

I’ve been going to Car Tender for over 20 years (!!!) and they’re some of the most helpful, knowledgeable, personable people I’ve ever met. They explain what’s going on clearly, they listen (important!!) and give good advice, help with decision-making and priority-setting, and I’m always happy with their service. The old location was more central but I’m more than willing to make the drive up to Shoreline. All thumbs up.
