Exceptional service from start to finish. Paolo was very communicative, presented options, and at the end of the day my X5 was running perfectly and I knew I had not overpaid. Great communication on what car needed. Very detailed in the survey of the condition of all car components. Car was parked inside shop at night which was very reassuring
