Paolo at Car Tender was incredible. He was very thorough and upfront about the servicing and maintenance that was recommended after I got an oil change + overall inspection for my BMW E90. He went over everything that came up in the inspection report, explained it all in detail and never tried to push anything on me. I left feeling good about what’s going on with my car and knowing what the game plan is to keep it in top shape. The care this shop takes really makes it worth coming to for the peace of mind in knowing that you’ll be well taken care of!

I worked with Cartender for a pre-purchase inspection. Rob was excellent to work with, quick, attentive, and informative. David’s inspection was thorough, with some excellent findings and helped inform next steps. As a buyer from out of state, Rob and David’s support was crucial!

This is possibly the most professional car service crew Ive experienced in Washington state. The service & repair work was done quickly and thoroughly, surpassing my idea of Volvo service. Suggestions were made for future maintenance & service. Their pricing is reasonable & makes sense. These trustworthy people know their cars.

I think I’ve left a review before but I had to come back to say again how wonderful Paolo and his team are. I have been bringing my car in for at least 6 years and every single interaction I’ve had is a good one. Specifically today my car was broken into and Paolo gave me so many options as to how I could get my windows fixed despite the shop being closed throughout the weekend. This in addition to the fact Car Tender was one of the first calls I made because I knew I would immediately and very kindly be taken care of. I have never felt hassled to spend more than was necessary; have always been given a clear understanding of the issues with my car and how they may be effecting the vehicle; and feel the staff are respectfully personal in their care. I genuinely look forward to going into the office when I come. I could not recommend them enough.

Just an oil change, but a pleasant experience none the less. The price seemed reasonable, and I didn't have to wait all that long.
