One of the best shops in Seattle. The team is extremely helpful - working with me on the things that need to get fixed and taking the time to explain to me what I can expect in the short-term and long-term. The customer service is great - Rob and Paolo worked with me to make sure the car was ready when I needed it and were communicative throughout. And everything is priced reasonably - overall a great value!

Car Tender is the best BMW service! My car had an issue last Friday and they fit me in right away to fix it before the weekend. I'm now bringing my Toyota to them also. Very good communication from Paulo!!!!

Since I didn't have a flexible schedule, they scheduled the work on my car when I needed to have it done and it was completed on time. The work was done well. They are super friendly and courteous!

This shop has the friendliest staff! Took my car in for a pre trip inspection and from start to finish the customer service was excellent. My car ran perfectly on my road trip down the Oregon coast and to California. Thanks guys!

I am not from Seattle but I brought a car I purchased in the area to them to get looked at before starting a long road trip home. They were incredibly accommodating to my complicated schedule and uncertain timeline, were incredibly kind and helpful with identifying issues on the car and were fantastic to work with on every level. Rob is who I mainly dealt with, and he was truly the kindest and most helpful mechanic I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Knowing full-well I will not ever be returning as a client since I'm from out of town, he went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. Josh, the mechanic who looked over my car, was also great - knowledgeable, friendly and super helpful - he's also clearly a good mechanic, as he guessed the code for the check engine light the car had before inspecting the car, and it's not even a code that shows a symptom (emissions related, totally pointless system that effects nothing). All around an incredible experience, and it continues to be, as several days later after already being home all the way in eastern Canada, I gave Rob a call to ask him some questions about the car and again, he was as helpful and kind as anyone could possibly be. It really makes me sad that I won't be able to be a long-term client of theirs. If you need a BMW (or any car for that matter) worked on, I can say with confidence that Car Tender will treat you well, do good work and destroy the stereotype mechanics have of rude or dishonest. Truly, they are top-notch at customer service and their trade.

I’ve had my 1980 450 SL serviced by several different shops in the PNW. David at Car Tender is by far the most knowledgeable and skilled technician I’ve worked with by a long shot. Rob was on point was the service communications, both emails and text. Great experience, plan of doing more with the CT team.
