This is the second time taking my car to be serviced by Car Tender, and I would go a third time. I took my car in this last time because I was hearing a very loud squeaking, clunking sound while driving. Car Tender was very communicative with what they were hearing and seeing when they inspected the car and checking to make sure I agreed with their assessment along the way. As a woman, this stood out to me because I’ve definitely had companies undermine my car concerns, suggesting it was something I had done wrong to the car. Car Tender staff are super friendly and on top of it. This time it was a simple fix, but I appreciated their thoroughness and efficiency in getting my car back to me happier and non-squeaky!

These folks are BMW gurus. They duplicated and diagnosed issues that The BMW dealer could not replicate. Their communication was great by keeping me informed every step of the way. They genuinely care about the work they do and their customers. The car essentially drove like new after getting worked on by Car Tender.

Car Tender has been a great resource for us. They have been able to get our 1990 Mercedes 300TE into perfect running condition. They were able to expertly diagnose a few tricky problems that other so-called German car specialists had overlooked or didn’t want to touch. They got me in and diagnosed my issues, and within a few days I had my vehicle back to normal. Very reliable, keep you up to date on everything that's going on. Couldn't be more satisfied.

I used to take my old 1990 E34 here for years when we were both on Capitol Hill and always recieved great serivce. I have since bought a brand new 435 and got a free service contract at the dealer. Contract is up and I just found out they moved to Shoreline which is much closer. Same great great service as always, glad they found a new space nearby. Recommended.

When I received a promotional VIP welcome offer last week, I was so looking forward to finally ditch the dealer and use Car-Tender for my Mercedes service needs, going forward. That excitement was very short lived when I included "A" service and a request to check for any brake work, I may need, when I bring my car in. I received a quote that was nearly 4 times as high as the dealer! Not only the VIP offer went out the window, they included services like replacing my rear windshield wiper that the car does not even have - this is after they checked my VIN! This may be minor but I expect more attention to detail, knowledge and integrity before extending trust. I see good reviews from those who've been there unfortunately my experience was different and I didn't get that far.

When you called about the VIP Oil Service offer, you mentioned that the vehicle was in need of an A Service. Without seeing your vehicle I put together an estimate so you would have an idea of costs for the service. I used the VIN of your vehicle to determine the possible parts that would be needed and I was trying to foresee any additional service items that would likely be needed during that visit to avoid any surprises. The parts diagram indicated a rear Wiper as a possibility, so I included it in the estimate. The exact parts and services that your vehicle would need would only be able to be determined after inspection of your vehicle, then we would go over all the information including an updated estimate. We strive very hard to provide quality auto repair, combined with stellar customer service. It seems I did not meet the mark this time around.
