I can't say enough about this place! The team at Car Tender have provided my family with stellar service for over a decade. My dad still drives his beloved '93 Honda Civic in large part because of the good folks at Car Tender. In addition to numerous repairs, they went above and beyond helping him find a new engine that would work, keeping my dad's favorite car going to this very day. I came in to have them look at my Honda CR-V, and they were extremely thorough with their inspection. They are basically the only shop I trust. The whole team genuinely enjoy working on cars and helping folks who love their vehicle extend their time with it as long as possible. If you take your car in they'll give it a thorough inspection, tell you exactly what issues it has, and go above and beyond to fix them. If the part you need is nearly impossible to find nowadays, they will find it, or something else that works just as good. Even better, they'll be completely honest with you during the entire process. They are responsive when it comes to communication with their customers as well. They understand the passion some folks have for their cars because they feel it too. On top of that, they are friendly, not judgemental or negative. They don't try to pressure or rush you into anything and they go above and beyond to explain anything you don't understand, so you can make the best decision for you and your vehicle. I'm no mechanic, and the patience they've shown me (as they reiterated things I asked about) is so appreciated. I meant to post this review months ago, but my phone's signal apparently crapped out and it didnt go through. This team is so incredible that I've gone back and re-typed this essay, because they deserve every bit of it. If you want honest, quality work from good folks who love working on cars, and care about giving you the best result possible, go to Car Tender. You won't be disappointed. Edit: I just realized I didn't mention Rob in this review, which is a glaring oversight. Rob is a great guy who genuinely cares and loves what he does. I trust his word over anyone's when it comes to car maintenance. He's the main person my family's worked with, though Paolo and everyone else there are fantastic. He knows what he's talking about and will give you the gospel truth about your vehicle. He is endlessly patient when it comes to my many questions, and provides extremely thorough explanations, without treating you like a bother. Most other shops I've been to provide little, if any, explanation, and often get irritated if you ask a bunch of questions. That isnt the case here. Rob is very kind and gracious with his time in this regard, which is especially appreciated, given how busy they are. Mike is also extremely knowledgeable and generous with his time. I highly recommend them, and the entire Car Tender team! I haven't found better service anywhere.
