Car Tender responded promptly to my request to diagnose a problem with my car, investigated the problem quickly yet thoroughly, and prepared a repair approach, which I look forward to completing soon. Their service reps and techs are exemplary, in that they explain complex auto mechanics in plain, understandable English. Why go anywhere else?

I went out on a limb trusting a mechanic out of state, but they totally came through on a pre purchase of a car I was looking at on the area. I really appreciated the detail in ether report and how they took the time to explain what each issue meant. They were quite a bit pricier than my mechanic in Oregon, but they saved me from buying a terrible car, so definitely worth it.

Best shop to bring your bmw to. The attention to detail they have is second to none. The status updates and info they give you cannot be matched. They will take care of your car as if it were their own. This is definitely a car enthusiasts shop and if you care for your car like I do, come here!
