I have had my 2006 BMW 330i serviced at Car Tender several times both when they were located on Cap Hill and recently in their new convenient location in Shoreline. I have also had my car serviced at BMW Seattle. While both do good work and seem to be similarly priced for parts/services, the honest care, concern, listening and team of people who actually care about you and your car as much as you do, that sets them distinctively apart. They recently replaced a starter and rear brakes on my 330i. No free espresso or pastry in their waiting room but I'd trade that for knowing my money is funding these folks, good people.

I'm not one to leave reviews. However, Rob and his team at Car Tender deserve all the praise. Car tender is one of the most professional and helpful shops I have ever encountered. They genuinely care about helping you solve whatever issues you have with your car. Furthermore, they are honest and upfront about everything. My Audi's engine was heating up and needed to get fixed asap as it is my only car to commute to work to. I had the pleasure of working with Rob. Rob always went above and beyond, keeping constant communication about what needed to be done, kept me in the loop about every update he got. He even worked with my warranty company, which is challenging to deal with. I am delighted with the car tender. I have become a lifelong customer, and 1000% recommend car tender.

I recently moved to Shoreline and being a car nut one of my first concerns is where to have my BMW serviced. Car Tender had always been on my radar (I liked their reputation) but I lived too far away to have them work on the car. Now I am thrilled to get some suspension work done. Other mechanics have told me i didn’t need anything but I knew something was not correct. John found an issue. And he drove me home and picked me when the car was done.
