Great outfit, we have been taking our '06 325xi there for years. Courteous and professional, attentive communication and we highly recommend Cartender.

Jacob, It's been a pleasure taking care of the wagon and getting to see the little ones to talk cars! We appreciate the kind words and will continue doing our best to take good care of you and the family car. Thank you! - Paolo

This is the second time I have taken my aging Audi here. The first time was while they were still in their Capitol Hill location. That was a complicated issue with a leaking main engine seal that they accurately diagnosed and repaired. This time it was to replace a window regulator. Dealt with John and Paolo both times and they are excellent. I am very glad that they have moved to Shoreline now. I have been to a few of the repair shops in the area and am very glad to have found Car Tender. Highly recommend them. They are very professional, know what they are doing and most importantly are honest.

Greetings Vinit, Thank you so much for the excellent review. We appreciate the feedback. JM

I went in about a month ago because my car was leaking coolant very quickly. they said that nothing was wrong with it. last night i had one of my coworkers who was a mechanic take a look at it as i was still having issues. turns out i have a blown head gasket when i was told my vehicle was, “one of the best maintained camry’s” they’ve seen. it’s incredibly infuriating that they would take advantage of a broke teenage girl that knows nothing about cars. thanks lol.

Ms. Dennis, You brought your vehicle to us with a concern of coolant loss. Upon inspection, the coolant level was found to be slightly low, and we topped off the level. We proceeded to perform a cooling system pressure test and left the system pressurized for 45 minutes, while inspecting for active leaks. No active leaks were present, but we did see signs of dried coolant in the thermostat housing area, where coolant had been seeping in the past. We ran the engine to operating temperature and road tested the vehicle. The cooling system maintained proper temperature and did not exhibit any other symptoms. The only possible issue we saw at that visit was the signs of previous leakage from the engine thermostat housing. We recommended replacing the thermostat housing and monitor from there. You decided to take the vehicle as is, and would monitor for coolant loss. I know having vehicle problems can be very frustrating, and it’s equally frustrating for us when problems won’t present themselves during testing. There are many times when symptoms are intermittent or only present themselves under certain specific conditions. The last thing we want to do is recommend a repair that we can’t verify is a problem. Please know that we are here to help. Here is my contact info. Russell Kimble 206-324-0345

Been customers of Car Tender for more than 2 decades, in fact when they first started the business. Been satisfied with their commitment to reliable, honest service for as long as we've known them. We recommend them without reservations since we continue to use their services even after they moved out of their old site.

CarTender has done routine maintenance and repair on my two now nearly classic (20 years old) BMWs since they were new. The guys at CarTender have come through with really inventive repair work on these cars to fix a couple of unconventional problems when they occurred. The guys are thorough, careful, and absolutely stand behind their work. I won’t go anywhere else.

Car tender was my go-to shop for my 2002 Mercedes C-class. They consistently did better quality work at a lower price than Mercedes dealerships and have some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced from an auto shop. I have since moved out of the area so am no longer a customer, but would recommend to anyone in Seattle looking for expert mechanics for older model German cars.
