I only went for an oil change but I couldn't be happier with the service. they took the time to explain what was needed. They answered questions I had about maintance and showed me photos to explain. Shuttle driver great. Highly recommended.

Overall they did an excellent job on my car, customer service was good, but better than the dealership, but I was disappointed when I opened my hood and saw that they used old hardware, on a 3k repair I just assumed they would replace the nuts, bolts and washers they removed with new ones. why attach a new part with an old rusty bolt?

Eric was an amazing help when I had an issue with my FIAT. He was extremely kind, honest and able to assist me immediately. I will definitely return to Car Tender!

I have a classic Mercedes (1971 280 SL - one of less than 800 made the last year of production) and would not trust it with anyone else; they really care and fully understand what it takes to properly maintain a classic machine.
