Excellent service as usual. Prediction of completion time is a bit shaky, and has been before. Otherwise, all is good. I appreciate getting other details done as found, even when not specified in the work order. I like that y'all are using your heads.

I ask about the details of the bill and why so much. What do get is "I don't know I haven't looked at it. _ _ must be trying to get out of here." (Note to self. I'll call back next week and talk to someone that cares)

This was a rare occasion where something went slightly wrong with a repair and the folks at Car Tender took responsibility and fixed it on their dollar.
