This was my 1st time going to car Tenders. From the beginning to the end the overall experience was great. I dealt with Paolo Vasquez and he was great. I went in for an oil change after having a bad experience with another dealer. My car being a certified pre-owned I asked that cartenders do another inspection of the vehicle because I wanted to compare what they saw with the Carfax inspection. In addition to doing a great job on the oil change they personally called me and let me know what they has saw none of which were huge concerns but there were some things that he suggested be addressed later down the line and prioritize those for me. There was some things that I want it done on the vehicle that I was concerned about and rather than them trying to sell me on services that weren't needed and or urgent they suggested that I hold off on them and then put together a list of items that were a priority, none of which were urgent but things that I should be looking to get done in the near future .They insured me that the car was in great working condition and based upon my experience that I will be using them moving forward. Paolo was great.
