Excellent diagnosis and service. This was our first time at Car Tender at the recommendation of a friend. I was impressed as soon as I booked an appointment. They followed up with a confirmation email and then a reminder. As soon as they looked at our BMW, Paulo emailed me an estimate and verbally walked through it so I understood everything, including all charges. We have a warranty on our car and he was happy to work with them regarding what they covered. We will be returning to Car Tender for maintenance and anything else that comes up.

I called and spoke to Isabelle for an oil change and she was very friendly and patient with me on the phone (I didn't know my license plate number but luckily that was fine as I knew most other descriptions of my car). When I arrived at the site, Paul welcomed me and went over the whole procedure since it was my first time there. He said I could pick up the car about 1.5 - 2 hours later. When I picked my car up, Paul went over the paperwork, since they did a check-up of the whole car, and it was very thorough and easily understandable for someone like me (cars are not my expertise). The whole experience was very pleasant and the people that work there are super friendly. The car even had a shower! I will absolutely come there again for anything car related and I recommend them to anybody who needs an oil change or more.

I live in Bremerton and work in Seattle... a long commute. I was looking for a reputable service company on the work side. In my searching I found lots of loyal customers to Car Tender, which were not just people who liked their service, but that were honest enough in their work to legitimately prioritize the work for car safety & efficiency without taking your wallet to do it. I am pleased say, Paolo and Ryan brought it home for me as well. I was impressed that they took the time to really go over the details of what part failed and why, and put together a suggested plan to mitigate the problem and protect against other potential part failures. They also identified items that my Bremerton shop missed and ones that I was told by a "code reader" that I thought was going to be a big expense item, as a simple fix... Nice to be pleasantly surprised! Very personable, very friendly, very knowledgeable, very competitive in pricing for foreign car work, which I have experienced so far as "significant" to my budget.
