I own a 2001 BMW Z3 and Car Tender has been the only shop I'll take it to for 15 years. They know there BMWs. Customer service is fantastic and they're fair, never upselling me but always presenting the 'these are the 'safety must-dos' and these are the 'would be good to do down the road'. Definitely trust them.

My cars have been serviced by Car Tender for literally decades. Two BMW's, an MG, a Jaguar XJ6, a Mercedes 500SL, a couple or three Jeep Cherokees, and a Mercedes 230. No matter what the vehicle, their service has always been very professional. They do not substitute inappropriate parts although those might be less expensive, they always let you know what is going on (even if it's bad news), and perhaps most important if you, as I do, drive older cars, they will take the time and they have the persistence to track down squirrely problems that other shops would simply walk away from. Excellent people.

First time at Car Tender: We had a good experience working with Car Tender. Very professional all the way through the repair process. Our Mercedes is 21 years old and in excellent condition. However it needed hose and gaskets and brake calipers replaced among other things. I highly recommend this team.

Everyone I spoke with at Car Tender was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. We worked mostly with Paolo and his communication throughout the process was excellent, he responded to my questions right away, and gave thoughtful advice. We had a fantastic experience!

I got a pre-purchase inspection on a used car I was interested in buying, and Rob and John were so helpful! Both took time to ask me detailed questions about the car I was looking at, and Rob spent time explaining the recommended repairs. He even took the time to help me understand some of the details of buying a used car, and how I could use the info they found to help me in my search.
