I am a new customer to Car Tender and new to taking my vehicle to an auto shop. I had a great experience. They held my hand through the whole process and were very available to answer any questions I had. What stood out to me most was how transparent they were in their estimates. I felt very comfortable there and they provided a very high level of customer service. I will be going back for all my future BMW needs! They are also very conveniently located near the Cap Hill light rail station to get to work after I drop off my car.
