This was my first time taking my 2006 325i somewhere else than the dealer. Paolo was great, very friendly and communicative about what work needed to be completed now vs. what could wait a little longer. He also kept me in the loop while my car was being worked on. All the staff were equally as friendly and I saved money compared to going to the dealership. I will go back again.
