I feel so lucky to have been directed to Car Tender to try and fix an issue with my BMW the giant dealer/service center in Seattle for 3 painful years couldn’t figure out that Car Tender figured out and fixed immediately. I highly recommend this company and couldn’t imagine going anywhere else now. My experience has been literally the best I’ve had with anything relating to cars. My BMW started showing issues just after purchasing it and for the past three years no one has been able to solve it until I was redirected to Car Tender where they immediately diagnosed it and fixed it. I spent three very frustrating and demotivating years at the “big guys” in Seattle getting nowhere in a very toxic male atmosphere to suddenly finding the coolest nicest and most caring humans at Car Tender. John immediately took ownership of the issue and was highly communicative throughout the entire process with me as he helped navigate the repair with the warranty and original dealership to cover costs.
